Best supplements for growth / testosterone. Basically anything to pubertymaxx.

So far I got:

Multivitamin
Creatine
Ashwaghanda
Collagen

what else?

the list I mentioned is good for those. What other supplements should I get? I'm 17 so obviously I'm not allowed to inject T or HGH unless I have a deficiency.

vitamin k2
chromium picolate
magnesium
calcium complex
fish oil ( i use this for my joints for lifting bodyweight stuff

lastly a fat burner and 2 others

fish oil is high iq, Idk from what i know fat burners have bad rep, does roids count as a supplement?
 
I suggest getting your bloodwork done to see if you are deficient in any micronutrients.If it’s affordable

no supplements but also if u want to boost your testosterone then:
intermittent fasting (16:8/18:6/20:4), high fat diet (avocado, nuts etc.), HIIT 2-3x a week, weight training, if u fap then fap every 8 day, low bf

supplements: vitamin d3 + k2, and also zinc and magnesium if u lack these

No one is allowed to inject T only pharmacally bla bla bla. I dont think T aids your height too
 
Eat fish, don't take fish oil.
I try pretty much everything, can't say if anything really worked, not even the creatine, i take on the regular:
-Creatine
-VitD3 (i take the k2 from broccoli)
-Multivitamin
-Whatever else im trying
