What I’m taking I will list first then some other tips I’ve learned.

I’ve worked out since high school, had 4 personal trainer certifications (let them expire so I’m studying to get 2 of them back).

Have 2 bachelors degrees:
1. Microbiology & Molecular Biology.
2. Public Health.
(this helps me understand things on a deeper level than most trainers)

Work out partner taught me a lot, he has a world record on the bench press for some division, forgot name.

Weighing 130 and bench pressed 305. Without steroids.

My personal record is weighing 140 lbs and bench pressing 275 lbs. Never did hit my goal of bench pressing double my body weight.

Seen 2 dietitians.

Took a nutrition class where professor had a PhD in nutrition and I got a perfect score, highest in class.

(just listing credentials)

What I’m taking:
Creatine.
Glutamine.
Amino acid drink.
Pre-workout.
Carb loading drink.
Good protein shake for post workout.

Halodrol.
Sustanon.
A pill that says ATP.

Clomiphene. (bad low test)
Chorionic gonadotropin. (had low test)

HGH.
CJC/Iporelin.
(Will replace cjc with IGF soon)

Semaglutide.

Multi vitamin.

Kidney protection supplements.

I’m working out to lift more and to bulk up. I naturally am well defined so I don’t need to worry about that.

Am I allowed to post shirtless pic?

Thoughts:

Creatine is good for basically everyone, it mainly helps with short bursts of energy. You do retain more water weight with it though.

Glutamine helps with recovery, supposedly helps with immune system.

Best protein shake I’ve personally found is called “Replenish”. They did studies on what the body uses up during a work out and that’s what the ingredients are.

Two other good protein shakes are MRE and Wheybolic.

Best pre work out I’ve found is Pump Fuel Insanity.

I don’t like taking thermogenics. Burn 60 is the best I’ve heard of.

Karbolyn for carb pre work out supplement.

Anything by Muscle Tech is generally good.

My split is:
1. Chest/triceps.
2. Biceps.
3. Deltoids.
4. Abdominals.
5. Back and legs.

I used to take pro hormones. Won’t comment on that because that would take its own post.

Pump fuel Insanity is a okay pre workout but there Are way better pre workouts you can Take. Like there is only 6g L Citrulline Malate and some good Pump/ Focus stuff Are just missing.

If you want a good one you can Go in Reddit on r/preworkoutsupplements and Chose a good dosed pre
