I want to start taking additional supplements for puberty maxxing - magnesium and zinc in particular. Any specific dosages or specific types I should be taking? Any other recommendations would be useful too. I already take vitamin D3 and sometimes throw in some ashwaghanda.
 
Magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha.
Please note, ashwagandha was not made to be taken 24/7 365, take it 3 months on 1 month off.

Ashwaganda is a waste it only regulates stress and thats about it buy pottasium chloride
