currently have collagen, k2d3 (might be cope idk), and a general multivitamin.
anything advice on what do add!

Most people have a vitamin d deficiency especially when your are not a naked African child roaming the savannah

after using collagen for a while my skin quality and hair quality has def improved ngl, ive also been drinking homemade bone broth every other day so def not fully cope

collagen supplement doesnt do anything unless its gelatin
 
Might as well take an aromatase Inhibitor then for delayed fusion of the growth plates
so i do wrestling and i dont want anything to make me more prone to injury i swear i saw smt abt it makign u more fragile lol

Hell no especially not if your life in an cold environment and or during winter time.
Also you absorb vit d primarily through the skin and since we don't roam around the wildness nude like aboringinees anymore most of the vitamin d synthesis can't even happen

Alright just saying puberty is the only time where you might be able to do something about your height growth
 
general health but yea im trying to increase height and bone density as well
natural aromatase inhibitors , high cholesterol high animal fat diet, alot of sun exposure, the only good supplements are some kind of shroms or extracts, the problem with them you shouldn't take them for long period off time. change lifestyle and diet before taking supplements

im indian so my parents dont let me cook beef in the house but let me eat it outside like i eat all meat but cant cook pork or beef cuz they hate the smell so like is salmon a good option for high cholesterol. also what kinda extracts do you recommend

eat it behind their back (raw would be the most optimal if comes from healthy animal), most of Indians are malnutrition from shitty diet of spicy beans and lack of animals foods. just eat ton of eggs 6-20 a day and butter, if you can get raw milk get it. eat goat or lamb or something.

i def eat a decent amount of meat but will increase my egg consumption tenfold. i def dont have malnutrition bcuz im nonveg but the generational effects of famine and shitty diets nerf me crazy. will look into eating mroe mutton. also regarding raw milk is this actually helpful bcuz i thought theres no inherent diff between it and pasturized milk just has extra bacteria lolz

i dont have access to raw dairy AND ITS SAD. if you have access to it do yourself a favour and drink it, maybe will help you grow taller without good genes. also eggs you should drink them raw, or boil them short period of time 2 min maxx to get most of nutrients

i feel like such a cuck in my family sometimes. brother is htn 6'3 dad is 6'1 and moms side is semi tall around 5'6 5'7 average. im a solid 5'8 maybe 5'9 frauding with shoes. generally we got late puberty liek my uncle went from 5'8 to 6'3 when he was around 18 to 19 so im not losing full hope but im def cooked height wise maybe god decided to skip me jfl what to do

also i thought u get the most proteins from eggs when theyre fully cooked lol

high animal fat diet doesnt exactly mean beef and meat, bone broth, raw milk and quality cheese is full of them

since goat or mutton is a red meat itll come with good animal fats with high cholesterol right

The big three of great development in puberty, height, size, etc. is Sleep, Exercise and last diet, dont sit around like a fatso and just eat super specific foods if you dont get hard exercise 4x a week and dont sleep well. Think of it like our primal body needs to adapt, why should it be tall if you sit in front of a screen all day, body adapts, body learns.

thats a good way to think of it.

im starting to fix my diet and hydration
im a varsity wrestler and id say im pretty decent actually (that means 6 times a week wrestling practices high cardio)
my sleep is COOOOKED i have to wake up at 5 and its hard to balance everything...
