From what i can gather from the picture, you don't look like you have "brutal" infras. But yeah you could fat graph to both sections.

Your issue is more a recessed cranium. Maybe you could get fat grafting for supras?

Actually northings i wanted trimax with supra and infras, but i will going for mse upper&lower bleph with fat grafts at start then rhino
