Supraorbital Forman and eye area smash

For areas that you need to be careful with smashing like eye area, is it ok to use a message gun with a plastic attachment like I’m showing, or would just more accurate forceful hits with a smaller hammer that I have be better to achieve hypertrophy?

Uneven eye area/eyelids. Hooding and my supraorbital foramen. More prominent zygos for hopefully hallow cheeks if my genetics are there for it and my recessed chin
