Surgeon Recommendations

I am looking to get bimax (lefort 2 likely) with genio, gonial implants, and infra/supra orbital implants. I want a BP surgeon who actually knows what aesthetics are. What are the best surgeons that prefferably don't break the bank? (though I'll save 50k or however much i need if I have to). Open to anywhere in the world.

I know all about giant and he quoted me a long time ago at like 35k. My 3 questions/areas of concern about him is that 1. Because he is so busy it will be near impossible to get a response from him and to be on the case list. Plus im concerned about how much attention he will be able to give me to get my desired design. 2. Lots of his work is pushing the boundaries in maxillofacial surgery (which is good I guess) but with pushing the boundaries comes much higher exposure to adverse results. 3. He has limited before and after a available, most of which don’t look crazy good. I have also heard of some complaints and 1 or 2 potential botches.

@NZb6Air have you ever seen before/after from giants? if yes how were the changes? be honest pls
