Surgeon suggested Jaw Surgery..

Recently went to a surgeon and asked about rhinoplasty. I asked him if there is anything else he would suggest and he responded with jaw surgery (Lefort 1) (maxilla). Should I get this done? And should I get anything else in addition such as Bsso, Ccw, Geno?
Also what kind of mm projection should I be looking for along with forward growth?

Also was thinking about getting an implant for a longer ramus after the jaw surgery...if I do it.
