Does anyone have good suggestions for surgeons who have done impressive results for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeries?

I'm seriously considering maybe lefort 1 with genio once i turn 21. Thanks.

in my country, Italy, the clinic Ortognatica Roma is the best for maxillofacial surgeries

Michael Gunson is one of the best, but extremely expensive. Might be worth it to at least get a consult with him.

Do you have a skeletal underbite? If not, lefort 1 on its own doesn't really make any sense.

yes i have a very slight underbite. thats why im considering getting both.

I looked up zarrinbal. Truly incredible results but they were cherrypicked. He has a lot of bad reviews. I know bad reviews are inevitable but idk it just makes me uncomfortable cause I have to save $30k at least
