Chin wing is good if you lack lower third height like I do

It is a more invasive genio that cover mandible part next to chin

However it has drawbacks like changing gonial angle , mandible step off in the middle of mandibule

I have a kinda short chin, with a Gonial angle which is kinda low, almost like someone with short face syndrome. So a chin wing would be suitable for that no?

Would I be able to get a lengthening genioplasty and chin wing to be able to both lengthen my chin/ side profile as well as heighten my chin?
