Downgraft bimax with cw rotation will give your skull some height the reason i asked if you mind implants or not is because theyre artificial compared to osteotomies and osteotomies can only do so much in terms of skull height

Yeah, it's brutal tbh, and for many it's kinda a trade for their proportions since many do have perfect proportions with sfs.
