everything literally from orbitals , V shape face to ipd and higher fwhr and temples but risk is higher tbh

But apparently there's another modification that is like a normal LeFort 3 but without including the lower part of the maxilla.

The thing is that there are several modifications of the LeFort 3, thats why I was asking which one you were talking about.

Dude im starting to love your posts ngl. How's it going in your search to find lf3 and obo?

Me. And @Mohamad are trying to get sinn to do the mlf3 but I didn't know they could do bimax also. You can get bsso and genio with it which would be beneficial.

Could you dm me. Thi k you'd be a good person to have as a high iq poster tbh

Also why would you get BiMax + Modified LeFort 3?

A BiMax consists of the combination of LeFort 1 and BSSO, but if you get a Modified LeFort 3 you would be already advancing the area affected in a LeFort 1 (unless you get the Modified Lefort 3 that doesn't advance the lower maxilla, but if you need to advance both your midface and lower maxilla it would be pointless to get that modification of the LeFort 3 and then a normal LeFort 1 instead of just getting the Kufner Modified Lefort 3 [or a normal LeFort 3 if you need nasal bridge projection as well])

Anyway, all these surgeries are a pipe dream.
