infraorbital rim implants

weight gain worked for me

Infraorbital rim implants can help restore and provide some structural support to the under-eye, granted that you don't have a collapsed malar fat pad in your medial cheeks.

One of the few procedures that conceals upper-eyelid exposure is restoring volume within the superior sulcus of the eyelid, which can only be achieved by placing fat, or hyaluronic acid filler, in this area. Or, with a brow ridge implant if you have a significant structural deformity of the brow ridge - but this is quite extreme, and only provides some upper-eyelid concealment.
