Surgeries to make jaw more harmonious with face

Been told I look like minecraft Steve with my over angular jaw fml. What surgeries would help with this?

It’s a pretty good jaw but it doesn’t harmonise.
You could get masseter botox to slim it in an easy and quick way for the short term to harmonise better. But ultimately your jaw is not the problem - it’s everything else.
Did your dentist ever mention bruxism or teeth grinding?
Are you at visible abs body fat percentage?

In the long term I would be looking at:

• Adding width to your frame via gym (or clavicle extension, ugh) as your face width to frame width is very poor.
• Mouth procedures (lip flip? lateral commisuroplasty?)
• Possibly a split genio to widen the chin
• Last but not least, you need to make your eye area more dimorphic, perhaps by implants.
