what would be some surgeries that are guaranteed to ascend for most people?

i can't find any besides genio for myself but i don't want to cuck it up and get the order of the surgeries i should get wrong

There's no one size fits all surgery. Surgery is a very person to person thing and different surgeries will remedy different needs.

Are you tanned or are you naturally that dark? Your face looks fine to me, no surgeries stick out as needed to me. Only apparent failo is your colouring.

yes i am tanned
my skintone gets whiter in winter cuz im like a cross between berber and mediterannid phenotypes
however as you see i got T50s cuz im arab

I'd lose the tan, your natural tone would probably be dark/exotic enough. The T50's are fine, they don't failo you and are usually the most natural looking colour for a lot of phenos.
