out of interest, I would like to know if it is possible to increase the score by 2 points with surgeries? to improve the midface or make a natural jaw? and another question is whether a lefort or a double-jaw surgery makes the face longer

2 points might be a stretch, unless you're a bloated fat subhuman who leans tf down and gets a trimax 2 points isn't really achievable
