Surgery advice for eyes (With pictures)

Right now my eyes are my biggest failo with recessed infras causing a slightly droopy eyelid giving them a tired look. They look a lot better when I squint and I was wondering if a canthopexy and fat grafting afterwards (filling the infraorbital rim and supraorbital rim) could potentially give a similar result to when i squint a bit.

Thats what I thought too. I was just hesitant because the botch rate of fat grafting and canthopexy is a lot lower. Do you think just infras would change the position of the lower lid to move up a bit more or should it be with cantho too
