How to ask for jaw surgery if they tell me that my bite is fine?

I requested a visit to a clinic specializing in orthognathic surgery and I don't know what to tell or ask for. Any surgery advice?

I am from Argentina

But you serioulsy need to grow your hair out and stop having a fade. You have a classic Gay alien skull and a fade haircut only accentuates it. You'd look better in longer hair.

Lefort 2 with BSSO then wraparound jaw implant + grow out your hair

its brutal but this is the only way u can ascend

But a simple sliding genio wont ascend you since your maxilla is also recessed

Therefore you probably need lefort
A bimax would ascend you pretty hard, you would end with a perfect nose and forward growth (nose is already good)

Could go double jaw route, but given your acceptable lip position, normal bite, and very high gonial angles that need to be lowered (which orthognathic surgery wouldn't do), you're a decent implant candidate.

Its called mentoplasty here idk.

Its basically what i had done
Except my chin was reduced instead of augmented.

I dont think his nose needs more projection
Bimax would just make it look better like this

you might get a proper occlusion and a somewhat anteface or atleast lining up at frankfurt plane
and you can also fraud your neurocranium

but I highly doubt you will ever be happy because you already realized that you have a downwardgrown mouth breather profile

He looks way better in the morph.

I really like the transformation. The problem is HOW I ask a surgeon. There is not much to ask here in Argentina.

I should lie with sleep apnea, little oxygenation flow or something like that.
