Surgery advice needed.

19M. Need advice I’m considering an expander of some sort. Then a sliding genioplasty after. It’s covered by my insurance but only if they deem it medically necessary. Would these even help me at all? My lower third is the only thing holding me back imo. I’ll get dreads to cover my big forehead and my hair is now black. Unfortunately I have onyx eyes and my mom has fuckin hazel. Bone smashing chin and zyos only. If I can get my lower third above average or average I’m good. My jaw genetics are so ass my mom never breast fed me and everyone in my family is recessed. My most common rating is a 5.5 I want to see if anyone agrees. Also in anyone else’s opinion what do you think is holding me back the most (that is fixable at least to some degree even if it’s expensive.)

if u get horizontal movements like 8mm forward, yes! moving your chin up while moving it forward like 8mm forward, 2-3mm up, wont do that

Thank you for your knowledge. What would be the best things to say so my insurance can cover it. Mildish jaw pain? Mildish troubles with breathing throughout the nose? Thx
