SURGERY ADVICE (SERIOUS 16M)

Since the last post was just filled with a bunch of greys telling me I don't need surgery I'm going to re-post again and hope someone here is actually able to give out good advice for my horrible lower third.

My main issue is my narrow jaw and "tall chin" and I'd like advice if anything else. I'm thinking of getting le-fort 1, braces, rhinoplasty, jaw-shaving for my tall chin and mandible implants and gonial fillers because mine are inward.

I'm 16, approaching 17 in 2 months.

ALSO I DON'T CARE IF I HAVE GOOD BONES.

LOTS OF BONEMASS ≠ APPEALING AND GOOD HARMONY.

I'm literally saving up money for the future so I can use it on surgery, what do you mean "there is no point in this thread"?

If some guy with a recessed chin that was the same age as me, posted the same title you'd IMMEDIATLEY tell him to get Genioplasty.
