I’m thinking of getting a genio for my shit side profile and to enhance my front. Jaw surgery is way too much recovery that I don’t have time for. Provided pics so you guys can let me know what’s best course of action. Yes I know I’m bloated as fuck but pics should be good enough

I think still you should contact or talk with a surgeon and discuss and have facial analysis, but I'm having the same issue so I can (subjectivelly, I'm not any professional so don't take it seriously)

the frankfort plane shows there is slight recession, hard to tell bc of where the nose brow ridge starts (bottom lips overprotusion or chin not supporting lips/nose etc)

genioplasty would boost harmony for sure, but you look pretty good don't be hard on yourself
