Well if u don't have any zygo width nor prominent projection then just increasing the bigonial width won't do shit, Gonions follow the zygos hence only trying to increasing Gonion width will result in uneven facial thirds. And never really saw any Gonion width increasing osteotomies tho. LL to reach 6Foot? JFL but yea every CM matters.

I ha

Tbh I don't really understand,if u do have prominent zygos as u said you'll likely have flared gonions too,but tbh getting surgeries for few cms ain't worth it bro just leanmaxx

nahh, if done right its peak
Meh. Even tri point or wraparounds done by the best surgeons for over 15k usually look like shit, especially angle implants. I would tell op to get some gonian filler and give up on lengthening the jaw. Decided at birth (until surgery improves)

fillers suck cause they are temporary

The lack of good results shown to us and the extremely high % of people who require revisions after surgery in combo with the area being very high infection risk would lead me to say no. I wish they were better since my infras are likely my biggest flaw but oh well, fat grafts should somewhat suffice:feelsbadman:

pretty much your only option. Yearly 20 minute sessions are not that big of a pain.

It’s up to you g. I’m not telling you to do it or that it’s worth it, only that it’s your best option.
