Ye im scared of lip lift, my opinion on rhino is when ur nose is alr really bad it cant be worse, saw the goated surgeon for lip lift but its 6k$ which is crazy expensive

Fat grafting is impossible to botch when overfilled and followed correctly lol, legit think I am just a few k and a trip to thailand away from htn

Its one of few surgeries that are insanely easy, low risk yet insanely high reward

I hope it's not easily botched. I'd mainly get it for my tear troughs and probably for my upper eyelid exposure but I feel like I'll look way uncanny, I can't imagine myself looking that different even though I look subpar rn so on paper it should be better

U can perform a lower eyelid retraction from fat grafting btw

It never looks uncanny trust me, just be clear on ur instructions, overfill and be firm

By the looks of things he has flat cheekbones, so that may be causing issues.

Undereyes look good, but theyve put too much fat above the eye, his eyelashes are disappearing.

Nah fat grafting still has risks even when done correctly. If you're unlucky it can look uneven or lumpy. There's ways to pre-process the fat in advance to make this less likely but it's still possible. Also in very unlikely cases you can get necrosis and shit

Poland is great for fat grafting as it's very cheap here, for rhinoplasty travel abroad (I'd recommend Turkey) It's way too overpriced in Poland and the surgeons are not great either.
