Yes. Luckily my ortho is a good friend of my dad who is gonna help us. And its a facial grotwh defiency so tbh So every surgeon would cooperate with me but it would be expensive

I know a guy who had Lefort 3.
It takes 12 hours, they have to get a bone from a part of your body (usually from the hip), 2-month recovery of not being able to function normally, and you're left with various scrubs in your face so you need to have another surgery for removal of these if you don't want your skin to burn all the time.
Improvement is obviously good, however, you end up with visible scars in zygo/eye area.

Also for most people, just do heavy facepulling for at least a year. Theres been studies showing it works
