Surgery for garbage upper eye area

I need help what surgery can ascend my garbage upper area, becasue my infra orbitals are very good and canthal titl is neutral (but looks negative cuz my lateral hooding)
Is eye brow lift gonna help or canthopexy/canthoplasy ???

I think the orbits are negatively tilted hence why the hooding and eyebrows are negatively tilted irrespective of the canthal tendon positioning being neutral

could be a soft tissue issue tho due to upper eyelid area sagging or the frontalis muscle

Photo is ass to determine anything - could need OBO + Tripod.

But since that isn’t realistic - I think an upper blepharoplasty can go a long way. Dr Vrcek has some good male results and he can combine it with a canthoplasty if it’s genuinely needed.
