surgery for more aesthetic feet/elbows

i was hangin out doin the usual but then a girl with her friend that was walking past gave me a dirty look. as any other normal human being i followed them on the way to their house but i had to stop suddenly because i heard her say my elbows look like a homeless dudes inverted asshole. also my feet r ugly. how to fix
