I think it's because I was only breathing through my mouth in my sleep

lf3 or something
you’ll probably never get this because of how unwilling surgeons are + way too invasive, your better off getting mse/sarpe + implants

Modified lf3, but it's quite hard to get nowadays, the surgeon who used to do it is retired. Implants are much more realistic solution, but they have to be well-designed, so you don't end up with feminine "apple cheeks" or bloated mess on your midface.

There were guys (in 2019-2020) who got them here, on this forum, and it looked well but they spent like months on designing implants shape. It should be custom, of course.

Russian guy will, cannot remember his name. He said he would do full lf3 if you paid him enough jfl

Taban just shoves a premade one up your arse and calls it a day, 30k btw

Not a problem money does

Yeah, but given the special military operation to liberate Ukraine it is very difficult to get there from non-friendly countries

Andreischev from St. Petersburg.

Easy money (for him) if so. I guess some eye surgeries may be way more complex than this.
Taban is good at canthoplasty, but his lack of custom implants lets him down + he sutures them to the skull rather than screwing them. I wouldn't want to walk around knowing the only thing keeping my implants from falling out my arse is a bit of string

Lf 1 or 2 can fix this then?

Lf1, even higher cut version, doesn't really address cheekbones projection. Lf2 does, but it's rare and hard to get for non-deformed patients.

no idea, I just see him mentioned here a lot.

Frankly I would never have any form of surgery in Russia, it is practically a third-world country

Italy is most based for surgeries, Italians appreciate aesthetics as well as functionality. Most maxfacs will just correct your bite and if you look better then that is a bonus, if you look worse then, hey, at least I corrected your bite! I did my job!

So, does raffaini, or what is he called do lf3?

My mistake, yes, Lf2 addresses midface, not including cheekbones.
BTW, Eppley has some interesting midface implants designs, but he is probably silicone-only. I'd only go for solid (like PEEK) materials and screwed into bone (however, I think polymer screws would be better than titanium if you ever plan to get head MRI, titanium is known to produce some artifacts on images).

How do you avoid the apple cheeks thing, this is my biggest concern, I don't wanna end up looking feminine.
