Is there any surgery to shorten the height of my skull? For example my skull is quite tall and downgrown, is there any surgery to somehow reduce the height of the skull and make it shorter? And is there surgery to increase its width? Or nothing for these?

I'm not showing rn but I've been told by people and I realised myself too. Skull is too tall and downgrown my hair already covers my forehead

Custom wraparound skull implant starting from the forehead to the back, dr epply does these, maybe gaint does aswell but im not sure on giant.
