Surgery Glossary?

I'm trying to learn more about surgery procedures but all the technical names are so confusing and i'm trying to figure out which does what.

Anyone have a surgery glossary thread I already know the basics like bimax, ccw, yadda yadda just want to learn more about leforts, osteomies and trimax

I can make full hardmaxx guide but it's gonna take time to write for two reasons :

1- i'm gonna have to explain first how to be psychologically eligible, how to self assess the need for surgery etc
2- every claim should be backed up by some literature
