You can get even clearer skin, you should tan a whole lot more (fake tanner might be an option if you already get sunlight) and you should also dye your eyebrows. After that you can maybe consider surgery, but you are still 17 so avoid surgeries until you've developed fully

Honestly looking closer yeah you have already kinda fixed your skin. You need to darken your eyebrows + eyelashes though, tint them black it'll be a huge ascension

thanks what color dye shoudl I do? I have done the for men beard dye on my eyebrows with the dark medium brown but it really doesn’t make that much of a difference
