well i think for the things like rihino, oculaplasti, fillers, face lift, or whatever you name a surgery that is overly invasive, turkey is a good option.

For implants and bimax i would prefer the psl doctors.

If you want to augument them use some fillers as it doesn’t look like you have Midface hypoplasia, but imo it’s retarded
your undereye sits well, no sclera show
for under eye hollows and dark circles you can also use fillers and there is also stuff like ghk-cu injections for the dark circles

Fillers last a year, you will need a very small amount as your cheekbones are already very good, you don’t need them but I’m just telling you.
