Surgery info gathering

So im a 2~3 Real Rating; I did some realistically photoshops change and i could reach 4-5 maybe 6 if im lucky and it gonna be enough for me.

What I need is

-Bimax with Genioplasty + Jaw widening. Essentially the features are ok but are too small.
I need to augment everything

-Nose job. The nose is just terrible; looks like a rat but is partially due the fact that the little lower third makes it looks bigger than what it is

-Eyes area. I tried pushing the malars area by half centimeters to “simulate” an augmentation and if done properly and with the help of a bimax + suborbital rim I could possibly reach sun-hunter eyes

The real question is what surgeries are aviable for the eyes area. I never seen good results and maybe someone here could prove me wrong or giving me the type or surgery im looking for


Ps: I suffer from bipolar depression; meds are not working so i decided that I don’t care to die trying

Work on your lower third first from the bimax, it will literally change your whole face. Then you can see if you need a rhinoplasty or not

rhinos in men seem to be uneccessary unless in really bad situations.

Fyi: work on your mental health, these are major surgeries and you need to be mentally prepared for it and the aftermath.
