Yes, he claimed it was only fillers. IMO i trust him. It looks like what he did is theoretically possible with fillers alone.

He claimed to use 7+ cc of filler. This is a LOT. And he did it with 3 visits to the injector.

The main difference is really his jaw and chin. Should be in theory possible to achieve this result with VOluma/Volux. I really dislike when people shit on fillers here. It is a great tech. The only complaint: you need to go to a doc who KNOWS how to do it properly: the majority would under/over-inject you in the wrong places. OP of the pics was clever. Also, the price will be exorbitant: cheaper to do an implant right away

I have strong masseters: IT DOES NOT GIVE THE DESIRED LOOK of a sharp jawline. It literally makes you BLOATED.

I've literally been having masseter botox for 2 years now, just to get rid of the round face it gives me. Total shit.

Fillers give a crisp laser-sharp jawline. However, im not sure how they should be injected. Either on the bone, or in the skin. The skin-injection gives a SUPER-sharp result, almost alien, like the dude above. But then it has a huge risk of migrating.

Too general sentence to be considered true: there is more than one scenario in which surgery comes in help, just think about the following points:
1) u have a accident and u end up with a ruined, different face: in this case would be legit, since it is just a matter of restoring ur original look.
2) u are severely obese, then u lose weight and u start hitting gym: ur body would never be as the one of somebody who has always been in shape, despite hitting the gym as hard as u can. This is of course because u will have a buch of excess of skin. In this case I think abdominal surgery, skin removal or other stuff like that are legit, since u have the right of seeing ur body for what it really is, even tough u made the mistake of getting fat.

Then if u tell me something about "I have not enough sharper jaw, let's do some bimax or shit like that" so...yeah, I kind of agree.
