Honestly i think women just want their partners to be naturally perfect.
To naturally have a top 1% body, perfect skin, face and so on.
I don't think i would ever get surgery, but if i did i wouldn't be very open about it.
But still i would know my partner fell in love with a mask and not me, which is probably not that bad if you are in the situation, but it sounds pretty cucked and depressing.
