Rhino alone it would have to be 1:1 with your mouth to get like 4% lol

Oh I agree but I think op is trying to state that people shouldn’t expect to be gigachad from surgery and instead should be realistic.

True. It's also a common misconception that losing weight will always make you look better. It's so subjective and could actually make some people look worse and it's not that rare. The reason why it will make some people appear worse is because their face being fat could make their ratios appear better due to the added fat and they lack bone structure on top of that.

Also, good bone structure is distinguished even at high bodyfat like 25%, 30% 35%, and faintly distinguishable at 40%+. You'll know if you have good bones or not and there are tests that can be done even if you are obese that will determine if your bone structure is good. Weight loss is definitely the best looksmaxxing and even going from 20% to 12% will be better than most surgeries assuming bones are ok and ratios aren't affected badly, I'm not even joking.
