Surgery ? Lefort 1

Here’s an x- ray I was diagnosed with maxillary sinus hypoplasia ( one side is black other is white) can anyone tell if theirs any more deformities? Also for reference if I do try to get lefort one my palate is 35.3 mm for UR6, also sleep study en route.
