The majority of those threads are gym, skincare, mewing… but don't fool yourself: structural transformation is what you seek and then and only then surgery is the only sure thing. Numerous patients don't even realize what surgeries are feasible so here is a very brief list of the big-ticket items:

Upper Face / Midface
The midface is

Maxilla (LeFort osteotomy / Surgery of Maxillary
→ Moves the maxilla forward and/or up. Improves midface projection, under-eye support, smile, nasal base.
→ Hardmax, typically with jaw surgery.

Zygomatic Osteotomy / Im
→ Projects cheekbones (laterally and forward).
→ Establishes greater facial width + shadowing.

Orbital Rim Implants / Brow Bossing
→ Strengthens eyelid area shaping.
→ Rare, usually done for weak orbital rims or flat brows.

Unteres Ges

Chin (Genioplasty / Implants)
→ Sliding genioplasty = move chin bone forward/down + cut.
→ Implants = faster but less natural appearing long term.
→ Improves receded chin, improves jawline aesthetics.

Gonial Angle Implants
→ Widens the jaw angle region.
→ Thickens and makes lower face more prominent.

Mandibular Advancement (BSSO) → Protracts complete lower jaw.

→ Commonly used simultaneously with maxilla surgery to obtain complete "MMA" (maxillomandibular.

???? Dental / Orthodontic

Palatal Expander (SARPE / MSE

→ Expands the upper jaw (palate).

→ Alters constricted smile, improves midface width. Has greatest effect in young patients but is possible with adults surgically with SARPE/MSE.

Orthodontics + Braces

→ Correction of the bite. Crucial to symmetry + esthetics of the mouth but doesn't alter bone volume significantly.

Dental Implants / Veneers

→ Cosmetic fix for tooth loss, bad enamel, short teeth.

Other Neighboring Procedures

Rhinoplasty (s nose job) → reshapes nose,.

Buccal Fat Removal → decreases plump or full cheek, but danger of gaunt aging face.

Facial Fat Grafting / Fillers → temporary volume fill but doesn't alter bone.

Orthognathic "full package" → surgical procedure combining upper and lower jaw = greatest dramatic change.

⚠️ Reality check Surgery is risky, expensive, and invasive. They do bring about lasting structural change that gym/skin care can't. The more you perfect the foundation (maxilla, mandible, chin), the rest (skin, hair, muscle) falls into place. Conclusion: With skeletal problems (recessed maxilla, weak chin, collapsed zygos, constricted palate), you can only achieve so much with softmax.
