this is airway orthodontics, im talking more mainstream orthontics which is jester - literally they term it orthodontic camouflage. Just get an osteotomy it's way more efficient if we do mm per dollar or something like that if you go Turkey or Italy. FME is literally around 16K . Not sure if only Dr Newaz does it but he's the only one I've seen doing it
