Hello everyone, I’m not here to sell anything, if you look at my latest posts I’ve had horrible luck and plenty of surgery on my face.

I’ve had:
-Wrap around chin jaw implant
-Infraorbital zygomatic implants - had an infection on the right hand side. Had it removed then replaced six months later.
-Infraorbital zygomatic implants AGAIN - replaced the huge implants causing midface ptosis and replaced them with Pagnoni in November 2025.
-botched nose job
-corrective nose job

I essentially have huge scars EVERYWHERE:
Under my chin with some tissue loss, scar on my left nostril it’s like a tight line, scar in the corners of my eyes from the ocular approach to install my first infraorbital implants, and most importantly under my face is full of scar tissue. Specifically the right hand side from the infection and essentially 4 times in total I’ve been opened up to remove and replace implants.

My recovery from these infra orbital implants has been 3x longer specifically on my right hand side of my face than my first implants there. Pagnoni was excellent and did an excellent job but even he warned me it would take a long time due to my history after he opened my face up.

I got tired of waiting for my recovery and started taking BPC-157, GHKCU and TB-500 by injection

Holy shit.

I’m three weeks in and my facial swelling from the surgery back in November has sped up 4x. I am not exaggerating, in two weeks I lost more swelling than in TWO MONTHS. I also couldn’t feel most of my right cheek and nose, 5 months in, I am now regaining full sensation even though I had some nerve damage.

My nostril scars, it’s a darker pigment like from stitches being placed too tightly. Had it for ten years, those lines are fading away, nothing crazy yet but it’s noticeable. Same with the corners of my eyes. Even random acne scars with hyper pigmentation are fading.

These peptides literally go and target scar tissue, reorganize the collagen and grow more capillaries and increase blood flow by design

I’m not here to promote it, just sharing my experience. Do your research, some people say it can make any tumors you may have grow but if you don’t have any they won’t. Some people say it actually fights tumor cells, I’m not a scientist so do your research.

I’ve never felt the skin on my face wrap around my bone structure (and implants) so tightly. I still need a deep plane mid face lift from the ptosis triggered by huge implants and infection plus a canthoplasty to correct my damaged canthals. I was told to wait 6 months before the surgery to get it done but once the surgeon saw my tissues he said to wait a year or at least until I regain most nerve sensation and swelling is gone. Up until now I thought it would take at least 18 months at the pace I was healing but now I’ll be ready WAY sooner.

If anyone’s been botched like me look into it!!

Feels like I’ve been dealing with this forever haha.

Pagnoni gave me two options, he told me that the biggest problem with my face was that I needed a midface lift, none of my facial tissues were attached correctly to my implants, causing a fat droopy look. Secondly, my infraorbital implants were way too large causing my tissues to sag down including my canthals. He advised to do one surgery at a time because although he could of done both at once the results could be more random.

I chose the safest option so I decided on two surgeries, essentially another year of my life. Right now even though I am still pretty swollen from my surgery with him I do look way better than I did fully healed with my initial infra orbital implants. Once I get the midface lift in August it will essentially reveal the contours of my face and the final look.

Wish me luck bro!

Good luck. So pag himself does midface lift now? Interesting, i thought that both ram and pag send all their mf lift cases to pascali.
