It's true but it depends on the severity of the case, i don't think his case is Raffaini level patients (the one's with extreme deformity), he might be able to find a good surgeon in europe.

Yeah i mean i am not severely recessed but it is pretty notacable also i saw a few posts from some surgeon in spain which would be pretty close but i mean i am willing to pay a bit more and travel in order to not end up like frank tufano

Depends on what surgeries you need. If it's something straightforward like moving only one jaw forward in a straight line to correct skeletal malocclusion then any cheap noname local is alright.
If you need double jaw with rotations/impaction/downgraft and shit then i would only go to the best in the world.
I can tell you the general idea of what movements you need if you show some pics/scans

this is like in daylight normal posture taken with selfie camera i was thinking bimax with possible ccw rotation aswell as orital implants (maybe just fat grafting not too sure yet) + cheekebone implants

bimax not worth. Rhino+genio
why not bimax? i legit have issues breathing through my nose might also be because my palate is kinda narrow so i am currently in the process of checking if i need marpe/mse by a specialist
