surgery recommendations for short mandible and high gonial angle

my bone structure is kinda like this from the side profile. is this caused by down growth?(my cheekbones are quite high) but i also lack chin projection like this guy. what surgeries would you guys recommend? should i prefere bimax? or just get chin implants and jaw implants?

There's too many factors to answer your question, but this is looking like a combination of jaw angle angle implants and bimax + genio.

Again the bimax movements depends on your teeth and occlusal plane, you'd ideally want counter clockwise rotation.

People can make beautiful looking morphs and what not, but it doesn't always work like that IRL.

wait so ccw bimax is the only solution? or can implants fix it too? like if don't get bimax and get jaw angle implants and chin implants would it look uncanny? also would you say the face is down grown as the maxilla looks quite developed
