Realistically my life is good 6'2" look ok to the normal person, esp w long hair, but what surgeries can I get if I wanted to actually mog? I think u will all rate me ltn knowing this form but realistically I think I have a good base but clearly far from perfect. Would Bimax or genio help me a lot? Or something different I'm overlooking?

You're downgrown. Bimax + rhino would ascend your side but would have negligible impact on front profile bc you're not an sfscel. Rhino alone would be very good for both front and side. You may also want to consider ptosis correction.

Bimax, rhinoplaxty, and ptosis repair would all really help. You have a good base.

What do you think about a standard sliding genioplasty? Would this boost side a lot? Or would it look weird since my jaw is down grown?

Thoughts on sliding genio? Would it just be Masking the issue or would it be valid?

Rhino, lip lift, buccal fat removal, LL.

I don't think it would be a good choice in your case, your chin isn't even weak, relative to the rest of your jaw its position is fine. Rhino and eye procedures would mog tho.

The ptosis repair is a good catch. Most people wouldnt notice.

Insurance might cover it to.
