Surgery Suggestions (Pictures) - Asymmetry an issue

Pictures posted below. 23 years old. It's tough for me to describe what I'm looking to achieve in the same level of detail as some of you are able to so I'm hoping to pick up on some of that knowledge as I go along. Also seeking suggestions for improving asymmetry and overall attractiveness.

Anyway, one thing that's always stood out to me is asymmetry. For what it's worth, I think the worse side is my right side (aka the LEFT side from viewing the picture), although that's not to say I'm going to leave the other side alone. Also aware of the nose and reducing the amount of nostril showing which has often bothered me.

Symmetry is important, but the eyes aren't meant to be symmetrical.

For the surgeries, long philtrum and visible nostrils are your biggest flaws
Your pale skin is not minor, you really should get a tan asap believe me. Are you mixed with asian by any chance?

DNA test showed 1% which is negligible. I'm just really pale, I know.

I wish it were that easy. I just won't have the confidence. I don't see anything but some surgical improvements giving me enough confidence. Currently working on lowering BF % through diet & exercise, and wanted to do some stand-up tanning although coronachan got in the way of the latter.

Also have an issue with one of my eyelids but I'm already looking into having that fixed.

Interesting to see this pic below with facial hair (it's kinda shit, as is my dry skin, I know) plus indoor lighting makes me look significantly less pale -- but gives me an idea at the difference it can make. Lighting is a big factor here.

I don't think it looks bad bro. Had you not mentioned asymmetry in the title, I don't think I would have noticed it. Maybe if I looked closely at it. I feel like irl while you're in motion, no one is gonna really notice the asymmetry, maybe except for plastic surgeons and some people on this site who have a sharp eye to that shit. When you look in the mirror, is it not nearly as noticeable? You may just be noticing the asymmetry more cuz you're not used to the non-mirror flipped version of you. Other than that, I think a full beard may cover it to a degree. Again, the asymmetry seems relatively minor, it was only noticeable to me cuz you said it in the title
