Already gonna get a trimax done with Pagnoni, along with saddled infras and supras.
After that, if eye area is not good enough, i will get a canthopexy first, plus some other small surgeries.
From there, probably a hair transplant to help me get temple points.
Do you faggots have any other ideas?
