surgery through insurance

why don't people that are recessed due to maxilla and jaw problems go get surgery through insurance instead ? cause isn't it something that needs to be medically fixed if it messes up your breathing, talking , or bite or shit like that? n while your recessed you lowkey have a high chance of having those sides or is it just made hard to get it though insurance the surgery and this is if you don't have sleep apnea i know insurance surgeries aren't aesthetic but anything is better than nothing

A bimax for medical reasons wont do what you want it to do aesthetically,they will be to conservative wih movements and ccw from a looks perspective
