I have a skeletal underbite. my lower teeth sits infront of the upper teeth naturally but I can make it look normal by just leaving a gap between both so ppl never notice and plenty normies have regularly complimented me that I have a sharp jawline
anyways I need a lefort 1 and bsso to effectively correct this and wondering if I would be able to go through the nhs since it's skeletal and I can play it up massively saying it affects my breathing and eating when in reality it doesn't so I'm more likely to get it. I'm 20 yrs btw

You better be extremely bad case or the NHS isn't gonna do that for you

NHS are very strict, they don’t hand out surgeries to everyone

yeah I thought so, my underbite is considered mild. I can still make my central incisors touch(both upper and lower)without much effort.
the side profile just looks insane when I let my teeth naturally touch. should I opt for braces in that case since its mild
