Guys, do Yall think i could get more out of this surgery?
9mm chin advancement
3 mm mandible advancement

It seems weird to have 9mm for chin and 3 for mandible. The other way around would seem way better since mandible advancement is more important and wont give you that overprojected but at the same time reccesed look

But i didnt go to med school so i dont know

I think its cuz my case is more specific , i indeed have only 3 mm between lower teeth and upper teeth so i structuraly cannot have more mandible advancement
