Perfect time to ponder after you’ve booked the surgery. You should try approaching a girl to see if you really need it the day of the surgery jfl

narrow palate is not really an issue, height neither if slightly above average.
The issue with you is prolly your ethnicity.
Depend on which one tho, but you'll never probably be gl depending on it
in the eyes of white prime foids i mean if you are only looking for them

fair enough, if you are lightskinned and can pass as latino/levantine/turk/iranian, surgery worth it more than most pheno except those mixed
