Plastic surgery don’t do shit in 2022 because The main reason people are ugly is because of their harmony not because lack of forward growth or lack of bone

Bimax only add forward growth and implant add bone which can help in some case but most of the time will look fake, or even ruin more harmony not fix the cause of the main issue why people are unattractive

this is reason why @Gaia262 did tons of surgery and still considered unattractive

His harmony is still Indian, adding bone and forward growth isn’t going to do shit
