I never said I don’t support it. I think it’s the shared opinion of multiple plastic surgeons to generally recommend what surgeries a patient should get. The people on this forum such as yourself recommend people who obviously look prepubescent to get 5 surgeries. As someone who has gotten a couple of the procedures you mentioned, this stuff isn’t easy. An example is that it took my nose a full year to go from a bulbous shape to sharp and pointy post rhinoplasty, I was scared shitless for that entire year thinking I had been botched. You just can’t do surgery after surgery, you have to take breaks. You can be an idiot and do multiple at the same time but the best move is to find a surgeon who specializes in particular procedures and go with them.

Lmao why would the kid in the pic need a rhino? He doesn’t have a fat nose, his roi would be very little. You can’t even recommend him to get jaw implants either unless you see multi angle pictures of his face. Lot of people on this forum say “lefort and bimax” and they have no idea what they are talking about. Most people need only around 2 surgeries to bump themselves up a few points on the psl scale.(face wise)
